Rethink Your Workspace offers six unique, well-equipped meeting rooms, as well as two beautifully appointed boardrooms, available for hire. Our meeting rooms are perfect for businesses in need of a private and inviting environment to hold client meetings, presentations and mediations. Our friendly Space Co-ordinators will warmly welcome all visitors and personally escort them to their designated room. To make their experience even more comfortable, we can set up a convenient tab at our on-site café for refreshments upon arrival.

MEETING ROOM | TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware of the following Terms & Conditions when booking a room with us.

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised the following conditions apply when cancelling a meeting room booking.

  • No show - full booking fee will be charged.

  • If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, and you do not wish to reschedule the booking, 50% of the room hire fee will be charged.

  • If cancellation is made with 48 hours notice, and you reschedule your meeting, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your preferred room. Alternatively, if you wish to make payment on the day of arrival, please inform our team at the time of booking.

Reception Hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
